It is the responsibility of each individual travelling to Egypt to meet the correct visa requirements.
The information below is to assist you in obtaining your visa as efficiently as possible.
All delegates must hold a valid passport or travel document with a minimum validity of 6 months from date of departure.
Foreigners, who decide to come to the country, shall be granted an emergency entry visa at different arrival ports, provided that they shall hold an entry visa as granted for the following countries:
- Australia
- Britain
- Canada
- Japan
Following countries shall be excepted:
- Afghanistan
- Ethiopia
- Iran
- Iraq
- Israel
- New Zealand
- Schengen Countries
- United States

Citizens from the following countries may visit Egypt without a visa for a period of up to 3 months:

Citizens of the following countries can obtain a visa upon arrival:

Citizens from other countries not mentioned above need to obtain an entry visa through Egyptian Embassies or consulates in their countries and should apply at least 5 weeks before travelling to Egypt. A visa letter will be provided through the online registration system.
Members of your delegation may also apply for visas at the Egyptian Embassy/High Commission in their country of residence. Only in case of non-presence of an Egyptian Embassy/High Commission in the country of residence are delegates requested to contact the Events team via the following email: customerservice@intrafricatradefair.com or WhatsApp on +27 79 505 5396.
